RETURN POLICY

Do you have an item you would like to return?  Please submit a Return Request through our Contact Us page.  We will review your return request and respond to let you know if your request has been accepted or denied before you process anything for shipment.  If approved, we will issue a return authorization code and instructions for packaging and shipping your return.

Within 60 days of the date of purchase, unopened packages that are returned in like-new condition along with a receipt or proof-of-purchase will receive a full refund.  Within 30 days of the date of purchase, packages that have been opened but are unused and in a like-new condition (and accompanied by a receipt or proof-of-purchase) will also receive a full refund.  The customer is responsible for all return shipping costs. We encourage customers to obtain a tracking number for any return shipments.  WildTech is not responsible for any lost or misplaced shipments sent by the customer.

Products that are returned after 60 days of purchase and/or are returned in a used condition are not eligible for a refund, except in the case of manufacturing defects.  If defects are found, a refund or exchange may be processed on a case-by-case basis.  Please notify our customer service department of any identified defects and we will work with you to resolve the situation to your satisfaction.
