Please submit return/refund requests to contact@wildtechgear.com prior to returning any merchandise. This will allow us to confirm that the order is eligible for refund, process a return authorization, and ensure that refunds get credited to the proper account upon receipt. Return requests should include your name, date of purchase, quantity to be returned, and applicable Order ID.

If you are unhappy with your purchase for any reason, you can return the item(s) in any condition within 60 days of purchase for a full refund. The item(s) must be received by us before any refunds will be processed, and the customer is responsible for all postage or shipping charges for returned items (shipping charges incurred by customers on returned items are non-refundable). No returns/refunds will be processed if the return request is received more than 60 days after the date of purchase.
